GENTWO Digital pioneered the concept of crypto securitization, where an individual off-balance sheet, issuance vehicle is established to hold digital assets and to issue conventional securities (Certificate/Note) with a Swiss ISIN to investors. This allows especially institutional investors to easily book crypto on their balance sheets via their normal stock broker. Therefore, they can conduct traditional audits and to use their traditional banking infrastructure - just like for all other of their investments.

Uroš Škorc is a senior software engineer with over 15 years of experience at small and large international companies across different domains. Before joining GenTwo, he was a technical owner of the Deritrade platform and the leader of Vontobel's Web Applications team in the financial engineering division. Prior to joining Vontobel, he was acquiring his skills at the world's largest online sports betting provider bwin.com in Vienna among others.  

Georgette Vun

Georgette Vun is an Australian-qualified lawyer with more than 17 years experience in banking and finance. After working in an investment bank in London for 3.5 years she moved to Zurich starting at Man Investments. Having worked in Legal and Structuring teams at Credit Suisse and UBS as well as heading Legal & Compliance at Investec Private Bank, she gained extensive experience implementing and executing solutions with different products across different jurisdictions. She is known for her proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving and unrelenting focus on client-service.  

Kurt Krautheim

Kurt Krautheim is a New York-admitted attorney with a background in litigation and FinTech. While in New York, he litigated on behalf of company clients in matters involving business torts, contract disputes, trade secret protection, and financial fraud, with frequent court appearances in New York state and federal courts.After moving to Zürich, he began to focus his practice on banking and finance, first in investment reporting and risk analytics with Credit Suisse, and subsequently as legal counsel for LEXR AG, where he advised FinTech clients in the areas of corporate and securities law, contract, anti-money laundering legislation (AML), banking law, and financial market regulation. He prides himself on his ability to combine his experience, insight, and subject matter knowledge in bringing about effective solutions for GenTwo and its clients.  

Philipp Sprenger

Philipp Sprenger has international investment banking, trading and brokerage experience of over 25 years, with the main emphasis on equities and derivative products. After working for UBS on the sell-side for 14 years, he was responsible for the Swiss derivatives market at Tradition SA in London and Zurich, facilitating the biggest derivatives flows within Europe for eight years. Afterwards, as a portfolio manager of an Actively Managed Certificate (AMC), he could prove his sophisticated financial market knowledge in a solid outperformance. Before joining GENTWO, Philipp supported AFS Equity & Derivatives to strengthen their market share in Switzerland.  

Bahareh Manzoni

Bahareh Manzoni is an experienced Team Leader and Client Relationship Management Specialist with over 14 years of experience in the banking industry.    She has been working for big wealth management players such as HSBC or Julius Bär before switching to Investment Banking at Vontobel where she was the Head of Key Accounts.   She holds an MBA from the University of Basel, in addition to being certified as a senior Private Banking Relationship Manager and as a B2B Sales Management Expert.   Bahareh prides herself on her ability to leverage her multicultural background, multilingualism, and her unique active listening skills to proactively deliver exceptional client-service.

Sandra Chattopadhyay

Sandra Chattopadhyay is a marketing and communications specialist with nearly 15 years of experience in investment banking. In the course of her international activities with four investment banks, she has been involved in all market phases of the structured investment products segment. Sandra, who holds a Master of Business Administration, has specialized in acting as a valuable link between product management and distribution. As a former editor-in-chief of investment magazines and digital promoter, she has developed relevant content on various investment topics. Sandra has mastered how to enhance customer experiences and thus creates added value in a segment of financial products that is considered complex.  

Ramiza Naegeli

Ramiza Naegeli is an experienced project manager with international experience. She started as a product manager and garment engineering specialist with more than 10 years of working experience. Before she joined GenTwo she was working as head of studio for Los Angeles based fashion brand and head of the product & design management team for a Swiss sports clothing brand. During this time and the intercultural business trips mainly to the US, Hong Kong, China, and Taiwan, she was acquiring the skills in project and strategic management and specialized her knowledge in team leadership and conflict management. 

Nadia Hochstrasser

Nadia Hochstrasser completed her Swiss Federal Professional Baccalaureate in Zurich. She started her professional career with a wealth management firm Aspermont Capital AG followed by the Kuoni Rechtsanwälte law firm. In 2015 she supported the active advisory team in the German private bank Berenberg (Schweiz) AG, now known as Bergos Berenberg. Before joining GENTWO in September 2018, she worked three years for a renowned Zurich family office.  

Gamze Palaz

After her apprenticeship at the cantonal administration, Gamze Palaz studied General Business Management in the USA. Right after that she started working for Credit Suisse AG in Zurich and in 2015 switched to Helvetische Bank. Over the past 10 years throughout her professional career she gathered vast experience in Structured Products while supporting the banks trading and sales teams.  

Joyce Albertin

Joyce Albertin is a Canadian-registered Dietitian, having specialized in clinical nutrition sales at Nestlé Health Science before moving to Zürich. With several years’ experience in establishing and implementing Customer Operations’ programs and processes at a Swiss MedTech start-up, she brings an unparalleled client-centered focus to her work. Her digital-literacy, understanding of technology, adaptability, and agility has enabled her to thrive in multiple sectors which now includes FinTech.

Philippe A. Naegeli

Philippe A. Naegeli is a highly accomplished business leader and investor with a fierce entrepreneurial spirit and unparalleled experience in trading, investment & merchant banking, corporate governance and structuring of new strategies and products. Peppered throughout his career are strong leadership enterprises, including Forstmann & Co. Patrick Loepfe

Patrick Loepfe is a structured product and banking specialist, with more than 15 years of working experience in investment banking. His extraordinary mathematical and technological skills led him to be a key figure in Switzerland's fin-tech industry. Patrick was the mastermind and driving force behind Vontobel’s Deritrade - a disruptive business model for distributing structured products. He founded his own company, d-struct AG, in 2016 and became a leading independent advisor to banks and financial product issuers on electronic structured products distribution strategy and process optimisation.  

Pierre-Noël Formigé

Graduate of the London School of Economics, Pierre-Noël Formigé has more than 20 years of experience in the world of finance and institutional-type investment products. After working for Merrill Lynch in London, New York, and Geneva as well as Coutts Bank (Switzerland), he established SEQUOIA Asset Management SA in 2000 as a one stop shop for funds and wealth managers. SEQUOIA became a leading Group in Geneva with more than 35 employees and achieved to obtain one of the first CISA licences in Switzerland in 2013. After selling SEQUOIA, Pierre-Noël Formigé joined the advisory board of GENTWO Financial Products SA in 2020, he is today responsible for the developments and representation of GENTWO in the French-speaking part of Switzerland.  

Toni Barros

José Antonio (Toni) Barros has been working with Structured Products cross assets for over 16 years. He started his career at Salomon Brothers that after a few mergers became Citigroup. During this time he has been selling from flow Derivative Products to complex Structured Products. He has also been working as a Financial Engineer at Vontobel and Financial Advisor for External Asset Managers at Credit Suisse. He has a long a profound Financial Products knowledge with traditional and also alternative investments (CAIA).  

Dionys Borter

Dionys Borter started his career as an independent consultant in 2001. Since the beginning of his working practice, he focused on the entrepreneurial needs of Startups (business plan support, financial setup). In addition to it, he participated in and was leading different smaller companies of the IT, New Media and engineering sector. He is specialized in providing Interims and Startup CFO services and implements Financial Change Management, focused on software and workflow evaluation and development. His current company, Borter GmbH offers administration and fiduciary services to its clients as well as to GenTwo AG  

Mario Casty

Mario Casty started his career in an early bird ICT Company in Zurich, developing the first generation of electronic banking, where he established the customer service center. In 1997 he was hired to join the KeyLink client services team of Swiss Bank Corp. (now UBS). First, he ran with his team the EMEA region out of Zurich and London and then in 2004 moved to Singapore to build the APAC business. Mario was key in establishing the UBS B4B Securities desk and processing platform connecting to over 70 execution venues around the world. Since 2010, he’s been the link to Swiss companies adding his Asian experience to develop businesses in APAC and MENA in the space of Professional Services, Digital Banking, Core banking systems, Trading, and Portfolio Management Solutions.  

Lydia Nadal Masson

Lydia Nadal is a structured product specialist with a career spanning 13 years in investment banking. She started as an Equity Derivatives structurer in HSBC Paris and shortly after was transferred to Hong Kong where she stayed for more than 10 years. Lydia knows the Swiss structured product market well from her early years in Paris. During her long career in Hong Kong, she built strong expertise of structured products by being exposed to the different specificities of Asian markets.  

Benjamin Spring

Benjamin Spring is a digital marketing, automation and web specialist with a keen interest in technology and the financial sector. He studied Economics & Finance in Switzerland and Germany and always had a passion for the web. Before joining GENTWO, he launched several e-commerce projects and was an independent marketing consultant for SWISS B2B tech companies. He acquired a broad skillset and out-of-the-box thinking by merging his interests in digital commerce, his technical knowledge, and writing on the web.  

Nikolaus V. Borck

Nikolaus v. Borck is a financial professional specialized in Accounting, Controlling, and Reporting of Financial Products. He gained experience in his career of over 10 years through his various roles in the financial sector in Germany and Switzerland.  He studied his Bachelor's degree in his native Germany and then graduated with an “International Master in Finance” from EADA in Barcelona. Nikolaus is a calm and focused thinker who prides himself on his strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

Eric Krüger

Eric Krüger is a product developer with a keen interest in financial markets, derivative application and investments. He has gained over 5 years of front office experience ranging from FinTech to Investment Banking in both London and Zurich, is a licensed trader and has obtained a Masters degree in Finance from the Cranfield School of Management, Cranfield University, U.K. Reinforcing his deep interests for Alternative Investments he has also undertaken continuing education as offered by the CAIA Association.  

Jan Šrámek

Jan Šrámek is a software engineer specialized in developing web-based applications who also has a deep understanding of the crypto sphere. With a Master in Computer Science, Jan has over 8 years of professional experience, first in his native Czech Republic, and then by joining one of the biggest IT firms in Germany where he worked on a startup from the mother company. He is passionate about software engineering and technology and prides himself on his strong analytical thinking.  

Marc P. Bernegger

Marc Bernegger is a serial entrepreneur who co-founded the party platform usgang.ch in his 20s (trade sale to Axel Springer Media). He is also a co-founder of amiando, a ticketing platform, which was purchased by Xing and was named “Global Technology Pioneer” by the World Economic Forum (WEF). After these two exits Marc has been active as a fintech investor (Partner of NextGFI, Venture Partner of Orange Growth Capital, Advisory Board of FinLeap, ...) and he explored Bitcoin in 2012. Today, Marc is a Board Member of Crypto Finance Group and CfC St. Moritz and part of the expert network for Blockchain and Digital Economy of the WEF.​Marc holds a master’s degree in law from the University of Zurich and did the Executive Program at Singularity University.  

Ralf Glabischnig

Once described as the “puppet master of Crypto Valley” by popular Swiss financial blog finews, Ralf is indeed an essential figure in Switzerland’s growing Crypto Valley. This became evident most recently when he co-founded CV|VC, a venture capital firm looking to invest a sizeable amount in blockchain startups. Naturally, the blockchain space is not the first field Ralf is reinventing. As a co-founder and Managing Partner of inacta AG, he’s moved countless firms in finance and the insurance industry into the digital age, leveraging his experience and vast network from more than 20 years in the IT and consulting industry. Ralf is also behind household names and events such as co-working space CV Labs, the bi-annually landmark conference CV Summit and the CV Competition, the first competition of its kind boasting a prize of U$100’000 with no strings attached.  

Marco Bumbacher

Marco Bumbacher is an entrepreneur and executive with broad expertise in software engineering and building up companies in various industries. He is an expert in managing large-scale IT and real estate management projects. Marco developed Lakeside Business Center and Lakeside Crypto Lab, laying the foundation of today’s Crypto Valley Labs. He is Founder and Managing Partner of inacta, a leading Swiss digital transformation consulting company with a focus on the insurance and finance industry. inacta’s Swiss-based software engineering team has a strong experience in developing smart contracts and providing Blockchain CTO services. Beside that he is also Founder and chairman of CV VC, a next generation investment company, where cutting-edge blockchain technology meets traditional venture capital.  

Roger Darin

With an international background in investment banking and foreign exchange, Roger got curious about Bitcoin around 2011 but didn’t teach courses on cryptocurrencies and the blockchain until 2015. Once more publicly involved, it didn’t take long until he was an active member of the Bitcoin Association Switzerland and co-founded the Fintech chapter of SICTIC, an established business angel organisation in Switzerland. Fascinated by the intersection of finance and technology, he worked as a Product Manager at a Fintech company before accepting a position at inacta AG to support the firm’s efforts to build a comprehensive ecosystem and move clients into the blockchain age.  

Lucas A. Ereth

Having worked in California’s tech hubs over the past 7 years Lucas has gained vast experience in the areas of digital media, venture capital and the banking sector. Before coming to Switzerland and working with GENTWO Digital AG, he managed and co-founded several startup companies out of Los Angeles’ “Silicon Beach”. He is a managing member of Forstmann & Company, where he worked directly with U.S. hedge fund pioneer J. Anthony Forstmann on various projects such as HCCT Inc. (Hard Cyber Currency Trust) and P3, a cyber currency.  

Stephen Brown

Stephen Brown is an experienced software engineer with over 10 years’ experience in finance technology. After internships at Google Summer of code, he started his professional career at Bank of America, working first in reconciliation and later in Equity Derivates trading technology, working on the trading and booking software tools. After five years at Bank of America, he moved to Switzerland, working first with commission fee management at QuartalFS and then to Structured Products at Vontobel. At Vontobel he worked on the Deritrade platform, leading the move to cloud services and modern architecture

Anastasiia Bondareva

Anastasiia has received her education in Mathematical Methods in Economics and has gained more than 8 years of experience in strategic management and corporate banking through her work for the Big Four companies, Sberbank Group and Mastercard in Russia and Switzerland. She has joined GenTwo after completing the MAS MTEC program at ETH Zurich, where she has built expertise in the latest practice-oriented academic approach to problems of innovative technology-intensive companies. 

Marcel Achermann

Marcel Achermann has over 20 years of work experience in the financial sector in both leadership roles and from working as a Management Consultant. Important stages of his career include 10 years at Bank Vontobel where he was Head of Operational Services. As a management consultant, Marcel has worked for Accenture (former Andersen Consulting), Synpulse, and his own consulting firm. Areas of expertise include operations, regulatory tax, blockchain/DLT, and crypto-economics. As an entrepreneur, Marcel also engaged in various ventures outside the financial sector which included building the Swiss leading digital out-of-home advertising network in sports venues. Marcel has a Master in Computer Science from ETH Zurich. 

Barbara Lócsi

Barbara Lócsi is a software engineer with experience in financial technology. She completed her Computer Engineering degree at Budapest University of Technology and Economics in Hungary. As her first professional experience, she participated in Google Summer of Code, where she contributed to GNU Octave, a software that is intended for numerical computations. Before she joined GenTwo she worked as a software engineer for a European challenger bank through EPAM where she acquired skills in web application development.

Beat Hodel

Beat Hodel is an expert in financing, risk, and compliance management. He is a bridgebuilder between the financial and real economy and connects investors with companies.  In more than 30 years of experience, Beat, who holds a doctorate in economics, has held positions such as Chief Risk Officer of the Raiffeisen Group, member of the board of the Swiss Deposit Insurance Fund, Senior Partner at Ernst & Young, Partner of the Comit Group, and Head of Equity Banking at SVB. In addition to this mandate at GENTWO, Beat is a member of the Executive Board of CAT Growth, which specializes in investments in SMEs.

Alberto Neto

Alberto Neto is an experienced Private Equity investment professional with Big Four background. After starting his career at Deloitte where he advised clients in the areas of financial and tax advisory, he transitioned to the Private Equity field by joining a Family Office in Zurich, where he was involved in the entire transaction cycle – with a strong focus on LBO financial modeling - and assessed a variety of PE and VC investments in developed and emerging markets. Before joining GENTWO, Alberto worked for Partners Group, where he applied his in-depth valuation expertise on direct and fund investments and on steering the overall valuation and monitoring process. Alberto holds a master’s degree in Finance from the University of Porto.

Laureen Ligozat

Laureen Ligozat grew up in Geneva, studied finance in Paris and graduated with an MBA from St John’s University New York. She started her career at UBS Investment Bank at the Spot FX desk and transitioned into a relationship manager role. Laureen continued to build her client focus at Barclays Bank with external asset managers and at Vontobel Investment Bank in structured products sales. She has a strong interest in creating ecosystems, especially in the platform environment and is driven by client satisfaction.

Michael Byrne

Michael Byrne is a New York-qualified lawyer with deep knowledge and understanding of alternative investments, and a wide range of experience in structuring investment vehicles in multiple jurisdictions. Before joining GenTwo he was the Head of Transaction Structuring at LGT Capital Partners, where he built and managed a team responsible for complex private markets investments and special purpose vehicles. Prior to moving to Switzerland in 2016, he practiced law at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher in New York City. Client-focused and solution-oriented, Michael excels in providing customized solutions to complex problems.


P. Woreth is a French-qualified lawyer specialized in Tax, Risk Assessment and Trading. She passed the French Bar after completing a Master degree in Business Law at  La Sorbonne University, one of the top Law universities in France. She also holds a Legal Degree in EU Financial Law from Leicester University in the UK. She gained extensive experience first in her native France and then in Luxembourg and Switzerland at Business Law firms, Private Banks, Investment banks and the Big Four, during which she has been very proud of her work re-writing all policies of a Swiss Branch of a Luxembourg Private Bank.
